I'm filling out my C&R application and I was wondering who would be considered the CLEO, city police chief or the county sheriff? I live in MN. I had sent a email to the local AFT but who knows if I will ever get a response back from them.

Either will do if you live in the city.
But, in Georgia a Sheriff being elected is my first choice.
