I've been trying to find information on this rifle for quite a long time. Not the Mondragon AKA Flieger-Selbstlade Karabiner, but a 1916 produced Mauser Selbstlade-Karabiner. Information I've been able to gather is that it used the same rear sights as the Gewehr 98, shot the same 7.92 mauser ammunition and had a 25 round magazine. Any help on the history of this gun, or even pictures or an accurate description would help immensely
